The prints
What do they feel like?
Thick, smooth and fully matte, so windows and lamps don't bounce off it. It feels like something you'd frame, not a thin poster.
What sizes are there?
30×40, 50×70 and 70×100 cm. All three are standard frame sizes, so you can pick up a frame anywhere.
Do they come framed?
Your choice. Unframed prints ship rolled in a rigid tube, with a small white border so they sit properly in a mount. Framed prints arrive assembled and ready to hang, in black or natural wood.
Can I buy this somewhere else?
No. Our designs are sold here and nowhere else.
Will it look like it does on screen?
Close, but softer. Screens glow, paper doesn't. Small differences in colour and texture are part of print, not a fault.
Ordering
How does the free print work?
Buy two framed prints in the same size and you get one free print in that same size. Add the free print to your cart and the discount comes off automatically — no code needed. It works in all three sizes, the free print is the unframed version, and you can mix any designs you like.
Free shipping?
On orders over €50. Below that, the cost shows at checkout before you pay.
Are prices including VAT?
Yes. Nothing is added at checkout except shipping, and you see that first.
Can I change or cancel?
Email us fast. Because prints are made for you, we can usually only step in within a few hours. You still have 14 days to return it once it arrives.
A size that isn't listed?
Ask. We'll tell you honestly whether it holds up at that size.
Delivery & returns
Where do you deliver?
The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. No customs, no surprises.
How long does it take?
We make your print within 1–2 working days, then ship it with tracking. Expect it about 5–8 working days after you order.
Can I return it?
Yes — 14 days from delivery, no reason needed. Return postage is yours. Full details are on the Shipping & returns page.
It arrived damaged.
Send us a photo. We reprint and reship for free, or refund you in full — your choice, and you pay no return postage.
