The prints

What do they feel like?

Thick, soft and deeply matte. The surface drinks light rather than bouncing it back, so you can hang one opposite a window without fighting the glare. It feels like an object, not a poster.

What sizes are there?

13×18, 30×40, 50×70 and 70×100 cm. All four are standard frame sizes, so you can pick up a frame anywhere.

Do they come framed?

No — every print ships unframed, with a small white border so it sits properly in a mount. The frame is the one part most people already have opinions about.

Can I buy this somewhere else?

No. Our designs are sold here and nowhere else.

Will it look like it does on screen?

Close, but softer. Screens glow, paper does not. Small differences in colour and texture are part of print, not a fault.

Ordering

Is there a discount for more than one?

Yes, and it comes off automatically. Two prints, 10% off. Three or more, 20%. Mix any designs, any sizes.

Free shipping?

On orders over €50. Below that, the cost shows at checkout before you pay.

Are prices including VAT?

Yes. Nothing is added at checkout except shipping, and you see that first.

Can I change or cancel?

Email us fast. Because prints are made for you, we can usually only step in within a few hours. You still have 14 days to return it once it arrives.

A size that is not listed?

Ask. We will tell you honestly whether it holds up at that size.

Delivery & returns

Where do you deliver?

The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. No customs, no surprises.

How long does it take?

A few days. You get a tracking link the moment it ships.

Can I return it?

Yes — 14 days from delivery, no reason needed. Return postage is yours. Full detail on the Shipping & returns page.

It arrived damaged.

Send us a photo. We reprint and reship free, or refund in full — your choice, and you pay no return postage.
