Getting it to you

We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Everything stays inside the EU, so there are no customs charges and no surprise fees — the price at checkout is the price.

Your print is made for you after you order, so there is a short window before it moves. In total, expect it on your wall within about a week. You get a tracking link the moment it ships.

Shipping is free over €50. Below that, the exact cost appears at checkout before you pay anything.

Order more than one and they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You still pay only what you saw at checkout.

Changed your mind? 14 days.

You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, without giving a reason. Our prints are made to order but they are not personalised, so the full right of withdrawal applies — you can return anything.

Email info@walldrip-art.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. Post it back within 14 days of telling us, packed the way it arrived. We refund the full price, including the standard delivery you paid, within 14 days of it reaching us.

Return postage is at your own cost, roughly €7–€15 from the Netherlands and €10–€25 from Belgium or Germany. Use a tracked service — the parcel is your responsibility until we have it.

Unpack it and look at it, exactly as you would in a shop. If you frame it, trim it, hang it or write on it, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the loss in value.

Damaged, faulty or wrong

Send a photo of the print and the packaging to info@walldrip-art.com. We will reprint and reship it free, or refund you in full — your choice. You usually do not need to send the damaged one back, and you never pay return postage in these cases.
