1. Who we are
WallDrip ("WallDrip", "we", "us", "our") operates the online store at walldrip-art.com.

2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every offer we make, every order you place and every contract concluded between you and WallDrip through walldrip-art.com. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.
We sell to consumers only — natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. We do not currently accept business-to-business orders through this store.
These Terms are made available to you electronically before you place your order, in a way that allows you to save and reproduce them. You may also request a free copy at info@walldrip-art.com.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch law (Book 6 and Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code) or under the law of your country of residence. Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights prevail.
3. Our products
We sell art prints, posters and framed wall art. All items are produced on demand by our print partners after your order is placed.
Our products are not personalised or made to your individual specification. You order an existing design from our catalogue in a size and finish that we offer as standard. Your statutory right of withdrawal therefore applies in full — see our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
Colours shown on your screen may differ slightly from the printed product due to screen calibration and the properties of paper and ink. Minor variations in colour, trimming (up to approximately 2 mm) and paper texture are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.
4. Prices and offers
All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT at the rate applicable to your delivery country. Shipping costs are shown separately and are displayed in full before you confirm your order. No costs are added after you place your order.
Offers are valid only while displayed and while stock and production capacity allow. An offer that contains an obvious error or obvious mistake does not bind us (Article 6:228 of the Dutch Civil Code). If such an error occurs after you have ordered, we will contact you promptly and you may cancel the order with a full refund.
5. How a contract is formed
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email to the address you provided. Until that confirmation is sent, no contract exists.
Before you complete your order you can review and correct your details and the contents of your cart. Placing the order carries an explicit obligation to pay.
If we cannot fulfil your order — for example because production is not possible or the product is withdrawn — we will inform you without undue delay and refund any amount paid within 14 days.
6. Payment
Payment is made at checkout using one of the payment methods offered in our store. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
Production begins only after payment is received. If payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or cancel the order.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms, regions and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
We will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the day the contract is concluded, unless we agree a different period with you. If we fail to deliver within that period, you may set an additional reasonable period; if we still fail to deliver, you are entitled to terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The full conditions, the procedure and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Conformity and legal guarantee
We deliver products that conform to the contract, to the specifications stated in the offer, and to reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. This is a legal guarantee under Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code and EU Directive 2019/771; it exists in addition to, and does not affect, your right of withdrawal.
If a product does not conform, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge and, where that is not possible or proportionate, to a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund. Any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within one year of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless we prove otherwise. Your rights are not limited to that period.

10. Intellectual property
All designs, images, text and other content on walldrip-art.com are owned by WallDrip or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item for personal, non-commercial use. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our designs without our prior written permission.
11. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our intent, gross negligence or attributable failure to perform, and for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory law — including liability for death or personal injury and liability under product liability legislation.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for other damage is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage caused by incorrect delivery details supplied by you.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something is wrong, contact us first at info@walldrip-art.com. Please describe the issue fully and clearly and include your order number. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and to provide a substantive response within 14 days. If we need longer, we will tell you and give an indication of when to expect an answer.
Please submit complaints within a reasonable time of discovering the problem. Doing so does not affect your statutory rights.
If we cannot resolve the matter together, you may contact the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) via ConsuWijzer at www.consuwijzer.nl. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can assist you free of charge: www.eccnet.eu. You may also bring the dispute before the competent court.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
Dutch law applies to these Terms and to every contract between you and WallDrip. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country in which you habitually reside.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order. We will post any revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
